von der Harvard Business School (HBS), Boston/Massachusetts, USA, ins Leben gerufene Initiative. Die I.o.S.E. ist eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen der Fakultät, Studierenden und Alumni (Ehemaligen) der HBS, um die Führung in Nonprofit-Organisationen sowie in öffentlichen Unternehmen und Verwaltungen zu verbessern. Dabei steht die Durchführung von Weiterbildungsprogrammen („Executive Education“) der HBS im Vorderund.
